To modernize the brand and create a fresh, clean look, we introduced new colors, icons, and fonts to establish the feeling of one company across two locations. Internally, we improved employee communication: assisting with the rollout and communicating core values, navigating the communication for the company’s acquisition, and implementing digital signage to relay important employee information. This new, cloud-based signage connected both the Minneapolis and Brainerd, MN facilities together—sharing the front-of-the-house point of view, the back-of-the-house point of view, and what employees need to know.
Externally, we contributed to bringing new products to market—creating and positioning secondary product brands—and worked with the sales team to create collateral that explains complex capabilities and products. And we redesigned the website with new photography, videos, a mobile-friendly format, and search-engine optimization that captures audiences like never before.
