Graphic Packaging International (GPI) needed to fill multiple positions to accommodate rapid business growth. A key component to our GPI digital recruitment strategy was developing a location-specific, recruitment microsite to serve as a one-stop resource to learn about the company, its open positions, and its hometown. A combination of social advertising, search ads, and niche-audience targeted and geo-fenced display ads that drove traffic. In less than a year—during the COVID-19 pandemic—70 positions were filled.
Beyond recruitment, GPI leaned on our video production expertise—storyboarding, capturing, editing—to produce international sales videos of their products in action.
