When we first started working with Samaritan Healthcare they only had a handful of providers and weren’t yet offering surgery or specialty care. Today, Samaritan employs more than 40 healthcare providers in its hospital and two clinics—that’s strategic growth through intelligent design.
Working closely with senior leadership and the development and communications team, we helped to introduce and market new service lines, including occupational medicine, urology, general surgery, behavioral and mental health, and internal medicine. We created materials to recruit specialists—including a pediatric endocrinologist, gastroenterologist, and orthopedic surgeon, then executed campaigns to fill their schedules with patients. Digital ads, search engine marketing, billboards, posters, rack cards, brochures, and search-engine optimized web copy continues to fuel growth.
Our trusted relationship allowed us to use a proactive approach to changing circumstances. Pandemic communication was fast and furious—updating their website, providing new signage, managing social media, and assisting with public relations efforts to keep the community informed.
