Crow Wing County | Vision, Mission & Values

Geographic center of Minnesota and home to 65,500 residents (200,000+ in the summer) and more than 7,000 businesses.

Strateligent conducted input sessions with Crow Wing County Commissioners, Administrators, and Department Leadership to flesh out the County’s vision, mission, and values. Our goal was to ask the right questions to uncover a genuine, big picture vision—why Crow Wing County staff go to work every day—and gain board approval.

After analyzing the data collected from these sessions, we created ultra-simple statements and values that County staff, residents, and visitors could understand, relate to, and rally around.
