Working with the airport executive director, commissioners, and tenants, we created a communication plan to change perceptions and boost ticket sales—focusing on media that would reach the greatest number of people. New billboards. Targeted radio ads. Digital display ads. A new, modern website that is mobile-friendly, ADA compliant, and includes integrated functionality for purchasing tickets. And as a result, record-breaking ticket sales.
