Aaron Hautala, Strateligent CEO, becomes Certified Executive Coach
BRAINERD – Aaron Hautala, CEO and Creative Director of Strateligent, recently attended the Center for Executive Coaching in northern California, where he fulfilled the requirements of the program and is now a Certified Executive Coach.
The certification seminar was led by Michael Neuendorff who has been coaching since 2008 and is a professional certified coach with the International Coach Federation, as well as a faculty member of the Center for Executive Coaching. Neuendorff specializes in communication, achieving success in a new role, and building high-performance teams.
“I chose to become a certified executive coach to ‘learn another language,’” said Hautala. “At Strateligent, we continually consult and advise our clients. However, as we grow as a company, we encounter clients that are faced with unique business situations or ones that they think are daunting or hard to overcome. Executive coaching provides avenues to assist them using proven communication tools and methods that center on achieving functional, measurable results.”
In addition to communication strategy, planning, and creative services, Strateligent provides individual training, consulting, and coaching, including culture transformation, and how to build powerful relationships both within an organization and in the region it serves.
“We encounter situations that can’t always be resolved with a strategic marketing plan,” said Hautala. “There are situations that take active listening, emotional intelligence, and having the ability to ask our client the right question—allowing them to unlock their own answers. Since it is their life, their answers are the often the best answers. A consultant’s idea may be good for the consultant, but not necessarily good for the client.”
